At Hylix, we strive to provide fast, reliable, and secure delivery for all our products. This Shipping Policy outlines the available delivery methods and what you can expect when placing an order with us.

1. SingPost Registered Delivery

This option provides tracked and secure delivery through SingPost.

Customers will be contacted regarding delivery details once the order has been processed.

Parcels are expected to arrive within 2 working days.

A signature will be required upon delivery to ensure safe receipt of the item.

This option is suitable for customers who prefer a more traditional, registered postal delivery method.

2. Hylix Express Delivery

For urgent or same-day deliveries, Hylix Express Delivery is available.

Our friendly Hylix staff will personally contact you to coordinate delivery time and address details.

Orders placed before the cut-off time will be delivered within the same day.

Orders made on Sundays will be fulfilled on the following Monday.

This option is ideal for customers within Singapore who prefer direct and prompt delivery service from our in-house team.

3. Singpost registered service is 2 working days.
